Important Information:

• The availability of Family Link's tools may vary depending on your child's device. Refer to the list of compatible devices at https://families.google/familylink/device-compatibility/.
• While Family Link helps manage your child's purchases and downloads from Google Play, they will not require approval for app updates (including updates that expand permissions), previously approved apps, or apps shared in the Family Library. Purchase approvals only apply when your child uses Google Play's billing system and do not extend to alternate billing systems. It is recommended that parents regularly review their child's installed apps and app permissions in Family Link.
• It is important to carefully review the apps on your child's supervised device and disable any that you don't want them to use. Note that certain pre-installed apps, such as Play and Google, may not be disabled.
• To view the location of your child's device, it must be powered on, recently active, and connected to the internet via data or Wi-Fi.
• Family Link parental controls are exclusively available for supervised Google accounts. Supervised Google Accounts provide children with access to Google products like Search, Chrome, and Gmail, while parents can establish basic digital ground rules for supervision.
• While Family Link offers tools to manage your child's online experience and enhance their safety, it does not guarantee internet safety.
